Match report A frustrating day overall!

After winning the toss and bowling first, we completed our task of taking ten wickets.
A relatively good display with the ball and in the field.
Although there was a few to many loose deliveries but several the opposition failed to capitalise on.
Keeno had a good return with the gloves conceding 0 byes and picking up two catches behind the stumps.

After tea with Marcus, Bas and Keeno at 3 padded up. There was some light rain around but the chase got underway.
BNO bowling attack bowled tight line not allowing the openers to free there arms on any bad deliveries.

After Marcus was dropped by their captain at mid on he eventually offered the same gift a few overs later, their captain made sure to hold on this time!
Keeno and Bas weren't able to get much of a partnership going as BNO continued with their disciplined bowling. Keenos defense beaten and the scorecard was starting to look a little worrying.
George always looked solid at the crease but as mentioned, with a lack of freebies to put away he played a few heaves to no effect.
The game was abandoned with George and Bloomers at the middle with the rain coming down in the 16th over.
Unfortunately we weren't able to restart and after waiting until 6pm decided to shake hands.

Next week at home to top of the table Didcot who we look to stop from running away with it.
