We are pleased to have Clare Pasquale as our compare for this year.
Clare started writing personalised verses in birthday cards for family, friends and colleagues ten years ago.  In the last year she has started writing verses about everyday subjects and situations. Also performed at open mic nights, two village festivals, care homes, Aston Clinton and Marsh Gibbon beer festivals. Recently accepted as a speaker for the W.I. Find some of her verses on Facebook

The UK’s most landlocked shanty band…

Harbouring a zest for sea songs, shanties and drinking songs since 2014. Based in Oxford, we are as far from the sea as you can be, but the sea is where we’ll be…

We are all about the fun of the foot-stomping, galleon-storming, carousing, roustabout lark of playing live the songs that brought together the crew aboard ship under sail and steam. We seek some of the authenticity of old sea songs, shanties, folk songs and drinking songs.

Watching ‘Top of The Pops’ on a Friday night waiting for the latest hits from Sweet, Slade and T-Rex?

The EASTERN BLOC-BUSTERS bring those crazy Glam Rock classics to a stage near you.
Formed in early 2022, the band are all established local musicians, committed to creating the perfect party atmosphere.
Expect costumes!

Expect air-raid sirens!

And if you don’t remember the 70’s prepare to find out how your Nan and Grandad used to party…

5-piece band playing rock blues and country rock. Our total age is 360 years so we have played for a few years between us, but don’t be fooled by age - it’s just a number!

The band have been performing together for 15 years with Andy Neenen as lead singer, Jonny Green on lead guitar, Ken Smith on pedal steel harp guitar, Ken Hardiman on bass and Dave Gayler on drums.

Can’t get much more local than this Sydenham band.

The Useless Eaters are an explosive band, who truly capture the very heart of the punk scene.

With their raw energy, attitude and, above all, their ability to accurately recreate the classic sound of the British and American punk; The Useless Eaters will return you to the iconic music of late 70’s; and if you can’t remember it, they will give you a taste of what it was really like.

Not exactly wet behind the ears, the band consists of highly talented old-skool rockers (who you will probably recognise) bringing you some hidden or half-forgotten rock, blues and old-skool metal gems.

Devoted fans of progressive rock and bring you music from the legendary Pink Floyd covering songs from the Dark Side of The Moon, Wish You Were Here and the Wall albums. Paying close attention to recreating the distinctive sounds and feel of the music this four piece deliver a big sound.

Radio Generation

Radio Generation are a 4 piece New Wave and Post Punk covers band based in Oxfordshire and London. They formed in 2015 in a bid to give a Doc Martin up the arse of the local music scene.

They quickly established themselves as the go to boys for energetic New Wave played at full throttle. Not only do they sound great, they look great!

Their sets are a smorgasbord of New Wave and Post Punk delights containing tracks by:
