About All Stars Cricket

Bledlow Village have been running All Stars Cricket for the last three years and have qualified Activators and Helpers. For the 2020 season our programme was due to start on Friday 15th May at 6:30pm. This has now been postponed to Friday 7th August. Registration for the new 2020 sessions should open on 27/July - you can register now by following this direct link.

Note that sessions have been modified to conform with social distancing guidelines.

All Stars Cricket is the England and Wales Cricket Board’s entry level participation programme, aimed at providing children aged five to eight with a great first experience in cricket.

 

Programme features:

Over 67,000 children took part in All Stars Cricket sessions in 2019, with 2,212 centres hosting sessions. We’re looking forward to 2020, when hopefully even more kids can enjoy ‘Big Moments’ and become All Stars!

What is All Stars Cricket?
Are your kids between five and eight? Come and give All Stars a go.
By registering for All Stars Cricket, your child will be guaranteed eight weeks of jam-packed fun, activity and skills development. The programme is suitable for all children new to cricket and sport as the sessions are designed to teach the basic skills of the game. Every child will earn stars as the weeks progress that match the skills learned during the programme: 

Batting – hitting a moving ball
Throwing – underarm and overarm
Catching – small and large balls
Bowling – overarm
Running – lots of movement
Teamwork – fun games with friends
Communication – the basics of cricket
Spirit of Cricket – how to respect others

Every child that registers for the All Stars Cricket programme will receive a bonus participant pack, including:
