Match report Although girls are entitled to play boys 2 years their junior to take account of physical differences, the Butterflies lined up against the BVCC Under-11 boys with 7 under-11 girls, 2 under-12 girls and 1 under-13 girl. Despite such a disparity, the girls equipped themselves really well and just about stole the game, falling just 6 runs short of the boys total. Kate Corcoran was the best bowler for the girls with 2/6 and Sasha Weaver starred with the bat making 20 runs.For the boys, Robinson Trout made the difference with the ball taking 3/7.
