With the current restrictions in place and no prospect of there being any change in this in the near future, we have taken the decision to delay the AGM again. We are looking to have the AGM now in March or early April. The current committee are willing to continue for the time being. Hopefully by then we may have a clearer picture of the situation and whether we will be able to have a 'normal' season.
This is not what any of us wanted and is not ideal but we feel there is very little way of running the AGM fairly and openly under the currently conditions.
In the near future we will put the nomination forms up on the website for people wishing to be on the committee or stand as playing captains. Information on how they can be completed will accompany them.
If there are any proposals that members wish to raise they can be raised from now via e-mail to geoffbish@hotmail. As normal they will need to be proposed and seconded by current members. The proposers and seconders should send emails referring to the proposal and their role to geoffbish@hotmail. These will then be discussed at the AGM when it occurs,
