Headlines:-
Treasurer – Bank £31,185. Inc 2020 £24,667. Expenses on balls, laptops, website and gen running costs.
Membership fees £1 next year passed unanimously.
Pre season registration fees will be waived. Only pay after season started.
Balls in tiers 1-5 will be Buckingham, as now in CL. Below tier 5 teams can use Hampden Balls which are currently used by OCA.
Management team will stay at 10 and they will see how it goes.
Request that clubs keep email contact details up to date, as lots of clubs and communications needs to be prompt!
New website planned for new season. New Tiers and teams will be up on website by end of tonight – can clubs not all go on at once as will cause website crash !!!
Sussex League have voted for clubs to cease provision of teas and all players to bring their own. There is proposal that CL do same, however not before they put out questionnaire to poll views of clubs. Big question – what about umpires? Provide teas for them or pay more for them to bring their own??! Tea break still 30 minutes.
Following on from this the initial leagues have been published. The 1stXI opposition are all Cherwell League teams are the teams we would have played this year. The 2nd XI face a mix of Cherwell League and OCA teams so they should get to play at some new grounds.
