28 Jun 2020

Limited Bar Reopening

Now the lockdown is being eased BVCC are looking to return to a more normal level of activity.

We will be reopening the bar, in a limited way, from NEXT Sunday 5th July 2020. Obviously we will not be 'back to normal' and will have to keep to the limitations required to maintain social distancing.

The bar will only be open based on good weather as the indoor areas and the verandah will be out of use for gathering or seating.

Initially we will be opening on

Sunday 12am-5pm

Tuesday 7-9pm

Wednesday 7-9pm

We will review the opening days and times after the first week.

We will be using the outfield if you want to enjoy a drink. If you don’t want to sit on the grass please bring your own chair or blankets. Our chairs and tables will NOT be available. As volunteers we do not have the capacity to maintain the necessary cleaning of chairs and tables for all. The verandah will only be used for access to and from the bar and toilets.

We will be having a one way system to the bar and toilets using the main doors of the club.

At the bar we will be taking card payments only and would prefer that you use contactless. The limit for transactions is now £45.

As part of the rules we are required to take a list of the contact details of everyone using the club. This will ONLY be kept for 21 days and will only be to aid with tracing if required.

Please stick to the prevailing COVID-19 restrictions and help keep each other safe.

If you have any queries please get in touch.
